GRIEF, IS A RESPONSE TO LOSS, AND IN SO IS LOOKED AT AS SOMETHING TO BE EXPECTED AND TO BRUSH OVER IN OUR MODERN INDIVIDUALISED COLLECTIVE SOCIETY. GRIEF IS SO MUCH MORE; IT IS MUCH MORE DEEPLY EMBEDDED INTO THE PSYCHE AND CORE OF US ALL. ROOTED IN OUR GENETIC MAKEUP, OUR EMOTIONS, PERCEPTIONS AND EVEN INFLUENCING THE DECISIONS THAT IMPACT THE DIRECTION AND QUALITY OF OUR LIFE. GRIEF IS BUT A BROAD TERM TO COVER A MULTIFACETED, INTERTWINED NETWORK OF EMOTIONAL RESPONSES AND FEELINGS FROM THE VARIOUS FORMS OF GRIEF THAT EXIST AND STORE IN THE BODY. CAUSING PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL STRESSES, GRIEF IS OFTEN THE CAUSE OF THE EXTERNAL IMPLICATIONS THAT THESE UNRELEASED AND UNACKNOWLEDGED EMOTIONS STIR AND TRIGGER IN US.
